Over time, molasses, dark brown, sugary baking spices, dried fruits and a lurking tobacco from the glass get into my nose.
Half an ounce added to a daiquiri or mojito really takes these drinks to unimaginable heights. Tonight I took a sip from a glass with a small Cuban cigar Romeo y Julieta and really enjoyed the two. I have a feeling that Havana Club 7’s delicate and unique profile is really beautiful at times.
